FPT announced the third edition of the annual Global Internship program, a part of TalentSphere, an exclusive initiative to nurture top-tier IT talent worldwide. This year, the program continues to fast-track students’ technology careers through immersive, hands-on experiences from IT projects with FPT’s global clients across multiple industries.

The program has attracted thousands of applications from students representing over 50 nationalities and 185 universities worldwide. Spanning eight weeks starting July 2025, it is open to students in their second year or higher, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.

This year's program offers participants direct engagement with actual client projects across high-impact sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, and high-tech manufacturing, with notable clients including Hyundai Kefico, Silicon Labs, and NXP. Participants will also receive mentorship from FPT’s technical experts while developing technical capabilities and interpersonal skills. To support global participation, the 2025 edition adopts a borderless, digital-first approach that enables seamless collaboration across geographical distances and time differences.

“This program is part of our broader vision to cultivate a globally connected, future-ready young generation of technology leaders. By combining real-world industry exposure with cross-cultural collaboration, we’re enabling young talents to create value and push the boundaries of innovation.”  said Prajith Nair, FPT Software Vice President and Head of Learning and Innovation, FPT Corporation.
